Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.Support local and national marketing initiatives.Analyzes business records to increase sales. Maintain business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual.Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.Communicate change of food preparations formulas, standards, etc.Recruit, reward and terminate staff as needed.Complete and post the staff work schedules.Oversee all restaurant operations including excellent food quality, guest service, staff friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness.This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective customers within the community to build relationships and promote sales. Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. The Restaurant Manager directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
